I am excited that a recent market survey provided us with the insight that most of our communities are at a lower asking rent, provide larger units and are newer construction than many throughout the state.
Since most of our properties have been built since 2002, we offer energy efficient central heating and air conditioning systems, making it the most affordable option at this time! I personally have been with Metropolis since 2002, and I am committed to providing our residents with comfortable, well-appointed and secure properties that they can call home.
